Processing Time: We do not carry all items on hand; most items are ordered from our various suppliers as needed. Processing times listed indicate the time needed to receive the items, check product, and package your order. Shipping to you is in addition to this processing time.
Special Order: Items marked “Special Order” typically take longer to arrive than our other items. If your event date is close, we recommend ordering a few extra pieces in case of damages. Replacement pieces may not make it in time for your event.
Backordered/Out of stock: The estimated availability date will be listed in red. The processing time is in addition to this estimated date. Stock levels from our supplier change very quickly so we will notify you via email if an item you purchased is backordered or discontinued.
Rush Options: During the checkout, you can upgrade your shipping and/or select a rush option if necessary. The rush option will reduce the processing time by several days up to a week. If you are unsure if your order will arrive on time, please contact us for additional options and for a list of in stock and ready to ship items.
