We recommend refrigerating your water bottles to avoid the tears and bleeding colours that immersion in an ice bucket could cause.

Canada Post is our primary Carrier and there will be several rates/speeds available. In some cases, we will use an alternate courier for speed or customer convenience.

Please check your entire order upon receipt and notify us promptly is there are any issues. All issues and returns must be initiated within 30 days. Contact us for a Return Number and instructions should you need to return any items. Personalized items cannot be returned.
