Optional add-on whisks come with a white satin bow and a heart-shaped handle that has a small opening so you can easily slip it through a hole. Some assembly required (punching a hole in the hot cocoa package and slipping the heart handle of the whisk through it.) Each single serving white gloss pouch contains 1 oz. of Premium Blend powdered Hot Cocoa mix. Directions are printed on the back. Personalized labels come unattached from the Hot Cocoa Mix. Canada Post is our primary Carrier and there will be several rates/speeds available. In some cases, we will use an alternate courier for speed or customer convenience.
Please check your entire order upon receipt and notify us promptly is there are any issues. All issues and returns must be initiated within 30 days. Contact us for a Return Number and instructions should you need to return any items. Personalized items cannot be returned.
