Damages: IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR US TO REPLACE DAMAGED PIECES ON SCREEN PRINTED ITEMS. WE CAN ONLY OFFER CREDIT. Please be sure that you order enough pieces to cover all contingencies. The shape of this glassware makes it very susceptible to breakage. We recommend ordering 5-7% extra. It is better to have a few extras than be short.***

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your Basket contents and the destination Postal Code. Add the desired items to the basket and click "Calculate Shipping". Canada Post is our primary Carrier and there will be several rates/speeds available. In some cases, we will use an alternate courier for speed or customer convenience.
Please check your entire order upon receipt and notify us promptly is there are any issues. All issues and returns must be initiated within 30 days. Contact us for a Return Number and instructions should you need to return any items. Personalized items cannot be returned.
