HOW THE CONTEST WORKS AND HOW TO ENTER:
Contest Period: Begins January 1, 2008 at 9:00 am EST and ends either a)December 31, 2008 at 5:00pm EST b)all winners have been determined or c) there are no longer any Pin Numbers available.
How to enter: Place an order with weddingfavours.ca and you will receive a ballot slip with a Pin Number.
No purchase necessary - receive one free Pin Number by visiting the Weddingfavours.ca store or by sending us an email requesting a pin number. Limit one Pin Number per Customer.
Visit www.weddingfavours.ca - click on the "PIN to Win" button, enter the requested information on the form.
All entries become the property of Weddingfavours.ca and will not be acknowledged or returned. Weddingfavours.ca will not engage in correspondence regarding the "PIN to Win" CONTEST with any person other than the selected Winner.
Who Can Enter: THIS "PIN to Win" CONTEST is only open to individuals who reside in Canada and are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the beginning of the Contest Period. Only one (1) entry per contestant per play period.
Contest is not open to management, directors, officers, 3rd party contracted employees or employees of Weddingfavours.ca, immediate families, or anyone with whom any of those employees are domiciled.
Conditions: Awarding of prize is subject to all standard conditions, restrictions, requirements and regulations of the prize suppliers applicable at the time of delivery and use. Prize is not transferable and will be awarded to the confirmed winner only. Prize is not convertible to cash or exchange and must be accepted as awarded.
The odds of being chosen as winner depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period. Two Thousand (2000) PIN Ballots are printed with three (2) Winning Pin Ballots.
Winners must: submit valid proof of identity, age and residence and comply with these Rules.
If the selected entrant does not timely comply with the requirements or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, then in Weddingfavours.ca discretion the prize may be forfeited without any liability to the selected entrant or any other person, and another entrant may be selected by random draw in accordance with these Rules.
CONSENT TO PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE: By entering the Contest, entrants consent to Weddingfavours.ca collection, use and disclosure of the entrant's personal information provided in contest entries for the administration of this "PIN to Win" Contest. Weddingfavours.ca will not otherwise sell or disclose entrants' personal information.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF this RANDOM DRAW CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND WEDDINGFAVOURS.CA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER RELIEF FROM ALL RESPONSIBLE PERSONS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Decisions of the contest organizers regarding any and all aspects of this CONTEST are final and binding on all entrants.
This CONTEST is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and local laws, and is void where prohibited by law. If any provision of these Rules is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, all other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance and agreement to these Rules.
Weddingfavours.ca may, in its discretion, change, supplement or amend these Rules as they relate to future Contests from time to time, for any reason, and without any prior notice or liability to you or any other person. Each time you enter, you should check these Rules and review any changes since the last version.
