My husband and I were very impressed with how everything was handled on your part and we appreciate it very much. We were almost left without any favours for our wedding day, thanks to the other website who cancelled the order without even notifying us. However, we were lucky enough to find you guys and your amazing understanding and help. Off course most of the applause goes to [Melanie], for being so accommodating and helpful! I just wanted to write to thank everyone at Weddingfavours.ca - they have been wonderful, and helped me with a very difficult situation. I called last week with a rush order as another on line company had let me down I was left with 2 days to get favours for my best friends bridal shower. The person I spoke with went out of her way to help me find something in stock that we could rush order. I was delighted whenthe following morning, less than 20 hours after I had rdered the favours they were in my hand. They turned a very stressful situation into a wonderful day. I had ordered from another website only to find that it was a scam. I came across Weddingfavours.ca and I got on the interactive sales person and away I went and ordered my favors. I need to say that the sales reps at Weddingfavours.ca really care about there customers because I got my favors three days later.
